Zovo Sign-Up Sheet
Make a sign-up sheet people claim in their browser: dishes, shifts or seats.
Zovo Sign-Up Sheet turns a list of slots into a shared page. People open the link on any phone or computer, enter a first name and claim a slot. Each slot has a capacity, the page shows how many spots are left, and a full slot cannot be taken, even when people sign up at the same moment. The organizer keeps a private link with who took what, the open slots, a CSV download and calendar files for timed slots.
What it does
- A shared sign-up page with a link anyone can open, no sign-in and no app
- 1-60 slots, each with a capacity of 1-50 people and an optional date and time
- Spots left shown on the page; full slots cannot be claimed
- A limit on slots per person, and a private link for each person to change or remove a sign-up
- Calendar files (.ics) for each timed slot and for a person's own slots
- Organizer page with who took what, open slots and a CSV download
- Chat tools to read results, add or change slots, and close the sheet
Try asking
“Make a potluck sign-up: 2 salads, 3 mains, 3 desserts, 4 drinks”
“Volunteer sign-up for Saturday 2026-11-14 in Chicago: 9-12 and 12-15, 4 people each”
“Who has signed up so far? Here is my organizer link”
Limitations
- A sheet stays online until 14 days after its last timed slot (90 days without dates, at most 120), then it is read-only and deleted 30 days later
- Up to 300 people and 60 slots per sheet; one sign-up per name
- No emails or reminders are sent: you share the link yourself
- Links are not allowed in any text field
